There are lots of foreclosure listings sites around these days. Most are pure drivel and a few of the bigger guys, including RealtyStore, need to set the pace for the industry. I reviewed the alexa scores adn compete.com ratings to find RealtyStore along with foreclosure com and realty trac as the only ones worth trying. All are the biggest and have the most to offer, and they have been around the longest. Realtystore has reasonably deep and fresh listings. Some were out of date, but that goes for any foreclosure site as listings come on and fall off the market quickly. I found their search tools good, but had to teach myself not to hit the "back button" to refine searches. Use their "Refine search" button to do that, otherwise you start your search all over again. Listing details were well presented and seemed complete for most listings I investigated. I really liked their investment scoring which shows how "good a deal" the listing's price represents. Customer service was not so easy to connect wtih over the phone but they responded to one email question I had. They responded as promised by next business day. I see some complaints about being charged, but when you register it is very clear what the subscription deal is. I kept my account for 3 months and don't regret paying the monthly fee one bit. It was easy to cancel right from my account page and when I did, it was immediate. I think the complainers are people who just forget to use the service or forget to cancel and don't pay attention to their credit card bills! This is a small price to pay to learn the market and possibly save thousands on a purchase home. Im not a member right now, but I'll be back soon. I'll come back when I'm ready to buy a townhouse I have my eye on.

In summary, I would recommend Realty Store to a friend.
